Therefore, we have created a Refund and Returns Policy to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience when returning any products.

Our Refund and Returns Policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please note that any damaged or used products will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note that shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

Note: If you return the product, 30% of your total amount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to you within 7 working days.

Exchanges

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to “M-18-LGF, N Block, Rampuri, Kalkaji, New Delhi, Delhi 110019”.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
